Great experience! Sales staff were friendly, no pressure sales and good pricing on sale of car. I highly recommend them if you need a new or used car I will buy again from them. I drove 3 hrs from Michigan and it was well worth the drive!

He was very helpful and able to answer any questions I had. Unprofessional sales staff that are self focused and not customer focused. Typical dealership tactics, misleading and not trustworthy.
I was a female going into this by myself, so I was very nervous to get a pushy car salesman, and Joe was the complete opposite. Joe is an awesome salesman; polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Lupe, the General Manager, was amazing as well, they got me within my payment range on my perfect vehicle. 10000/10 recommend. Fairly quick car buying experience as well, even though they were super busy. Everything went so smooth! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

They were awesome and so patient as I hit a deer right before the trade in process and had to wait until I got my car out of the shop. Amazing sales, I dread shopping for a vehicle because of all the pushy sales people in the business. But LPK is not like that. They are helpful, and quick to get the paper work done when you decided to buy one but they are not pushy. I highly recommend checking this place out, I wish I would have done so sooner.

Very disappointed…something has definitely changed here. Was asked during a routine oil change if I would permit a 2 hr diagnostic for a tick. Was NOT informed that meant I would not receive my vehicle back (day before Christmas eve) if I did this due to the fact they would be tearing engine components apart & did not have a replacement gasket! Found a car of theirs I liked on their website and went in to testdrive it, and was put with Joe Tijerina who I would be dealing with for the rest of the process. On June 27th, we sat down and went over my down payment & estimated monthly payment if I was to finance through them. My experience here was nothing short of excellent. My wife and I were just toying with the idea of getting a Jeep which is my wife’s dream vehicle. Nate came out to us, something no one has done in a long time. Everyone was courteous, laid back and made the whole buying process fun and easy. The car was repaired as ordered in the recall. I did not care for the attitude of the check in lady. I know my car is older with a few problems, I won't be going back here.,her comments and attitude toward me made me not wanting to return to this dealership.
Service department was right on as my 2nd opinion of a vehicle I was looking to purchase from another dealership. They were thorough in their explanation and prioritized the needs of this older used vehicle.

Replace the starter only having the truck month and half and they took my trade in value put it towards GAP insurance I never wanted I could have kept my truck at that cost they are grimy and scammers I won't even go back for my free oil change there Financial manger suppose to do the paperwork nope GM does is and don't know how to do it and again gave me gap insurance I never wanted

We drove all the way from Dundee Mi. To buy a certain vehicle we seen online at this location. We met Joe at the door. He was very welcoming, we told him exactly what we came their for and didn't try to sell us another vehicle. We walked out of their with the exact truck we asked for. Joe and Kierstyn the financial manager was very nice.

Very friendly service personnel. Mechanic is very friendly and competent. It’s just too bad the company has a policy of changing $150.00 for each item a customer says is an issue for their vehicle. So 2 different items one car is $300.00 to look at!!! Then paying for the repair! Also no customer loaner vehicles . A much reduced rate for a rental vehicle! But it is not the services I would like to see.

Fast and friendly service
First oil change/ check in with my Wrangler. No major problems with the service provided. Today, however, I noticed a plastic piece on my passenger floorboard. Turns out it was the cabin air filter cover. Not a crucial thing... no big deal... easy to fix... completely understand how it could have slid under the seat and gone unnoticed... but... as a repair technician in a different field of work, it seems like that shouldn't have gone unnoticed.
I bought my Jeep Compass at another dealer before moving to Ohio. I brought it to LPK for its first oil change and servicing. LPK, including Kari, along with Alex, provided outstanding service and care!
