Sales persons very helpful, used vehicles are not detailed well enough,dirty under hood, wheel wells dirty ,door jams and doors not whiped clean , interiors, vents, trim coffee dips , scuff marks from shoes on doors and console , tires worn, price is $3 k too high compared to other trucks i am currently looking at ! Trade in value about $500 low.

Larry Gardner is first class in customer service. He makes the entire car buying experience less stressful by being a true partner in the process. He is very knowledgeable of the car market and evolving technology. He goes on test drives with his customers and explains everything. On my way home from Detroit to Indianapolis, I had an incident where my jeep wrangler front caliper locked up. Fortunately the team at LPK was able to get me in, recommend a local tow company and I was back up and running in about 3 hours start to finish at a reasonable price. They were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and I'm grateful they were able to work me in - just in time to avoid a huge thunderstorm. I'd highly recommend LPK for your service needs.
I had to get my 05 wrangler cam shaft replaced. LPK communicated and explained everything that was going on. In 3 days I had my Wrangler back and it runs great!

LPK has been my families return dealer when looking for our cars. We go on with a goal and expectation and they listen to us and help us fulfill it. We do not have to deal with high pressure situations either! This type of situations send me straight to car and exit. I am really satisfied with the service dept also. They are kind and helpful. Staff friendly and attentive to my deal. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends. The process was handled quickly, maybe too quickly. I wanted a particular truck but we could not agree on monthly payments. I was shown one more truck and pressed forward. Just as much my fault, I would have liked to look at a number of trucks that were in my monthly payments range. Overall: a good place to buy from. I have purchased here twice now.

They were very prompt at finding out what was wrong with my car. I’ve been dealing with it for quite some time and they were very helpful and they also found that my car had recalls on it and we’re very prompt at getting those fixed kept in touch with me very well during the process of fixing my car overall, I have no complaints on this dealership. What can I say? All around great experience at LPK with my new vehicle purchase, and trade-in. The salesman, Cam, was very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, and very easy to talk to. He never was pushy to get the sale, very patient. The paperwork was painless (unlike the larger dealerships). All in all, I would definitely return to LPK for my next purchase, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I went here because of the staff! Lupe is by far the best person I have ever felt with at a car dealership! He has went above and beyond to make me happy and get me in a vehicle I want not the vehicles they want to sell. He has helped me tremendously and knows his stuff! I was a female going into this by myself, so I was very nervous to get a pushy car salesman, and Joe was the complete opposite. Joe is an awesome salesman; polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Lupe, the General Manager, was amazing as well, they got me within my payment range on my perfect vehicle. 10000/10 recommend. Fairly quick car buying experience as well, even though they were super busy. Everything went so smooth! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
